Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Please fill out the exchange form included in your parcel or contact us at info@popcouture.pk to request an exchange.
- Customers must return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving them. No exchange requests will be accepted after this period.
Return Shipping
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
- Please return items to the address provided upon contact.
No Refund Policy
- We currently operate under a no-refund policy.
- In case of a defective or incorrect item, claims may be submitted via email. Once reviewed and approved, you may choose any replacement item of equal value from our website.
- Approved claims will be processed within 15 working days.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is processed by calling us at +92-310-5444424.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. A confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number will be sent once the item is dispatched.
- After shipping, our Exchange Policy will apply.
International Orders
- At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
Important Notes
- Products with visible wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted for exchange.
- If you simply do not like the product, we are happy to exchange it as long as it meets our return conditions.
